Annette L (Wallet) Horn

Annette L. Horn, 86, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022 in the Pawhuska Hospital.

Annette was born February 21, 1936 in Tulsa, OK the daughter of Lavon H. and Gussie L. (Myers) Wallet.  She was married Henry Lee “Hank” Horn, who preceded her in death May 9, 2016.  Annette was retired from Farmers Home Administration, where she worked as an Auditor.  In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, going to the lake, playing at the casino and dancing. 

Surviving are her children Ann Taylor and husband, Gary, of Sand Springs, OK; Bobby Horn, Carol Jones and Dixie Horn; Grandchildren Garren Taylor and wife, Elizabeth, of Sapulpa, OK; Jenna Mizer and husband, Wes, of Sapulpa; Thad Horn, Travis Horn and Whitney McCosar, all of Pawhuska; Bobee Jo Horn of Bartlesville, OK; Taylor Horn, Logan Horn, Jeffrey Jones and wife, Shyanne, Colton Jones and wife, Mollie, all of Pawhuska, and Jordan Horn of Broken Arrow, OK; 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  In addition to her husband, Hank, Annette was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to the Pawhuska Education Trust Fund, PO Box 27, Pawhuska, OK  74056.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grill 125 following the Graveside Service
