Chris Henry Todd

Chris Henry Todd, 70, of Pawhuska, passed away on February 1, 2022 in Bartlesville, OK. Graveside services will be held at Pawhuska City Cemetery on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 2 pm.  Hollis Griffin of Sapulpa officiating.  Arrangements made by Kendrick McCartney Johnson Funeral Home.

Chris was born on February 24, 1951 in Pawhuska, OK to Edward and Bernice Todd. He graduated Pawhuska High School in 1969. He married Judith Ann Carter on June 2, 1972 at the home of the bride’s parents in Pawhuska. Together they made their home in Pawhuska for almost 50 years.  He started in the banking industry at Beneficial Loan Company in 1979 and left after being there for 15 years. He then went to work at Osage Federal Savings and Loan that was later changed to American Heritage Bank where he retired in December 2016. Not long after graduating high school, he joined Army National Guard for the next 6 years.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Edward Todd and mother, Bernice Spencer Todd, his sister, Delorkis Todd Miller, followed by his oldest brother, Jerry Todd, and his other brother Tuck Todd.

Chris is survived by his wife, Judith Todd of the home. His 3 children, Chris Todd Jr and spouse Amy of Claremore, OK; Lisa Todd Mays of Ponca City, OK, and Erin Todd of Barnsdall, OK. Siblings Bill Todd and spouse Diane of Pawhuska, OK; Dr. Clell Todd of Tulsa, OK; Annie Conner and spouse Billy of Pawhuska, OK; Lyndol Carter of Pawhuska, OK; and Randy Todd of Pawhuska. Grandchildren Trevor Todd-Towell, JP Mays, Morgan Mays, Alana Reed, Hunter Fanning, Alyssa Fanning, and one great-grand child, Olivia Fanning.

Pallbearers will be Chris Todd Jr, Randy Todd, Darrel Lindon, JP Mays, Hunter Fanning, and Morgan Mays.
