It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden death of our sweet hearted son, brother and uncle Dylan Wayne Bickford. Dylan Wayne Bickford was born on February 6,1991 to Pete and Lisa Bickford. He held a very special place in their hearts, being the baby known as "Baby Dill". Dylan grew up adoring his older brothers Kelly Gene, Chaz and Dexter. They all will cherish those hunting trips and ornery brotherly moments. Dylan was known as that quiet and sweet child whom everyone adored. He was active in football, wrestling and the Assembly of God Youth program in his youth. He was known for his "best smile" by his classmates.
Later he graduated from Tri County Tech with a welding degree. Dylan's pride and joy in life were his nieces and nephews. He never missed a chance to be a big kid with them. He truly loved them, and they knew it. He whole heartedly enjoyed volunteering for his nephew Landon's Boy Scout Troop 43. Pieces of Dylan can be found all around town at local businesses and within homes. He proudly worked by his father's side being a local Mason for years. He will forever live on within our community and our hearts.
Dylan is preceded in death by his grandfathers; Cleo Gene Bickford and Emmitt Charles Welch and grandmothers; Dortha June Bickford and Delores Alinda Welch. Dylan is survived by his father, Pete; mother, Lisa; his brothers Kelly Gene (Desiree), Chaz (Amanda) and Dexter; his nieces Kameryn, Emmarie, Amy and McKenna; his nephews Landon, Keenan and Johnnathan.
A memorial service will be held at Pawhuska Assembly of God on October 9th at 5pm. Tracy Fitzgerald will officiate the service. No graveside at this time. Immediately after, a dinner will follow.
