Glenna was a beautician, custodian and secretary. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She taught Sunday School, worked at the teen center, had a beauty shop at Cedar Ridge, cleaned several businesses with her husband John, including the bingo hall, the Baptist Church, the phone company and the Osage Federal. After her children were grown, Glenna and John took in and raised her grandson. In her spare time, Glenna enjoyed reading, watching mysteries, AA, playing bingo, going to the casino, visiting with her kids and enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved music from Frank Sinatra to the Beatles.
