As we gather to celebrate the life of Grace Marie Adair, we find ourselves encompassed by a profound sense of loss, yet simultaneously, we are filled with immense gratitude for having known such an extraordinary soul.
Grace’s journey began on September 17, 2004, in Bartlesville, born to Richard and Jennifer Ashlock Adair. From the very start, she was a beacon of light and beauty, illuminating the lives of those around her. Grace’s educational journey was unique and personal, as she was homeschooled. This nurturing environment allowed her to bloom into a multifaceted individual, with each aspect of her personality shimmering like facets of a well-cut gem. Her passion for beauty and creativity led her to Tri County tech, where she delved into the world of Cosmetology, discovering not just a career path, but a true calling. In Grace, we saw the embodiment of joy and laughter. Her presence was like a ray of sunshine, brightening every room she entered. Her sense of humor was a gift – unmatched and always ready to bring a smile to anyone’s face. I fondly recall the endless laughter she shared with my daughter Zale, her quick wit turning even the most mundane moments into memories of joy. But Grace was not just a source of laughter; she was the epitome of kindness. Her beauty was not merely external but radiated from within, a reflection of her beautiful soul. Her faith was a cornerstone of her existence – her love for Jesus and dedication to the Word were profound and unwavering. This spiritual depth added another layer to her already remarkable character. Grace’s creativity knew no bounds. She was a fountain of generosity, always ready to share her talents and time with others. Her ability to create and dance was not just a hobby but a pure expression of her free and joyous spirit. Her smile, bright and infectious, could light up the darkest spaces, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Grace’s legacy is not just in the memories she leaves behind but also in the lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving parents, Richard and Jennifer, her brother Anthony, her sister Penny and her husband Cole, her adorable niece Juniper, her grandparents Linda, Joey, Joe, and Chris, as well as her aunts, uncles, and many cousins. We remember, too, those who preceded her in death, including her grandmother Penny Adair and cousins Kane and Cody Adair.
To say Grace will be missed is an understatement. She will forever remain in our hearts, a symbol of beauty, laughter, kindness, and love. As we bid farewell to Grace, let us carry forward her legacy – to live life with joy, to laugh freely, to create beauty, and to love unconditionally. Grace Marie Adair, you were, and always will be, a precious gift to us all. Your spirit will continue to dance in the hearts of those you’ve touched, now and forever.
