Jimmy Clinton White

Jimmy Clinton White passed away June 27, 2021 in the Jane Phillips Medical Center, Bartlesville, OK.  He was 82 years old.

Jimmy was born January 3, 1939 in Dover, OK, the son of Emory Lawrence and Florence Marie Bicksler White.  On January 7, 1966, he married the former Wanda Mae Miller in Bartlesville, OK.  She preceded him in death January 24, 2019.  Jimmy worked for Osage County with the road maintenance crew for over 36 years.  He had also served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard during that same time.  In his spare time, he collected cans and worked with Boy Scout Troop 33 for several years.

Surviving are his brothers, Herman Leo White, Danny White and Jackie Miles and Jackie Miller and wife, Laveta; sister-in-law Nettie Miller; his son, Gene White; daughters Christine White and Frances White; sister Lois Hartley; grandsons Thomas Clinton White and Jimmy Jackson White; and great grandchildren Lilithe White and Nickali White.  In addition to his wife, Wanda, Jimmy was preceded in death by a daughter, Nora Fern White and brother-in-law Charley Miller. 

Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 8, 2:00PM, at the Calvary Baptist Church of Pawhuska.  Rev. Roger Clark will officiate.  Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post 198.
