Kay (Hughes) Watts

Kay (Hughes) Watts, 81, passed away Monday, May 31, 2021 at Hillcrest-South Hospital, Tulsa, OK.

Kay was born February 4, 1940 in Perkins, OK the daughter of Gordon Francis and Evelyn (Moler) Hughes.  On November 23, 1961 she married Morris Wayne Watts in Pawhuska, OK.  Kay had worked as the personnel director for Cook, Inc. and Wyeth-Ayerst Labs.  

Surviving is her husband, Morris Watts; children Charlavan Watts and Danny Gordon Watts; and grandchildren Drew Jackson, Alec Watts-Bancroft and Ariana Malkin.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Gordon “Butch” Hughes.

Viewing will be held Saturday, June 5, 10:00AM – 12noon.  Graveside services will follow at 1:00PM in the Pawhuska City Cemetery.  Rev. Brett Thomasson will officiate.  Interment will follow.
