ROTHIE LANE COCHRAN

Rothie Lane Cochran passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at his home in Pawhuska.  He was 69 years old.

Rothie was born January 8, 1952 in Oklahoma City, OK to William Kenneth and Shirley Jean (Brown) Cochran.  A self-employed contractor, Rothie was a “Jack of all trades”.  He did everything asked of him and took pride in what he did.  Even his tools had to be put back in just the right spot.  When he wasn’t working, Rothie enjoyed playing golf, poker, pool and video games.  He also enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his daughter, Taylor Cochran; sister Renee Blankinship; nephews Dalton Blankinship and Lane Blankinship; grandkids Jentri Brown, Laynie Hughs and Bentley Hughs; and great nephew Braxton.  Rothie was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 30, at 2:00PM in the Pawhuska City Cemetery.  Rev. Mark Buchanan will officiate.
