Pawhuska native Raymond J. Jech passed away Monday, February 6, 2023. He was 77 years old.

Raymond was born June 27, 1945 in Pawhuska, the son of Glen G Jech, Sr. and Evelyn N Whitehead Jech. He attended schools in Pawhuska, graduating from Pawhuska High School. He worked for many years as a pipeliner, where he later retired. Raymond was discharged from the Oklahoma Army National Guard.

Surviving are his sister, Carolyn Jech Goodwin; brothers Glen Jech, Jr (Jeanie Trent); John Jech (Melissa); nieces and nephews April Goodwin, Kaeley Goodwin and Anais Goodwin; Laura Goodwin Rodrigues, husband Leo, Cameron Phouthavong and Vilaylavanh Phouthavong; MaKenzie Phouthavong, Colin Phouthavong, Keaton Goodwin and Joaquin Mora; Glen Jech, III, (Lauren), Casey Clifton Jech; Victoria Jech; Courtlynn Jech and Brecklynn Jech. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Carl Jech.
