William Driver Harris

William “Bill" Harris was born on May 25, 1934 the son of William Earl Harris and Iva Mae (Nelson) Harris. He was one of ten children. Surviving siblings are Robert Harris, Virgil Harris and Juanita Kearns.

Bill married Rosella Porter on April 3, 1960. They were married for 61 years.  He has two children, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Throughout his life Bill was primarily  self employed and owned several businesses.  Bill  and family moved to Pawhuska Oklahoma in 1975 where he owned a Western Auto store and later H and H Resale.  He loved people and never met a stranger.  He was highly regarded by friends, family and the community, always ready with a smile and a positive attitude.

In October 2001 he dedicated his life to God and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He served as an elder in the local congregation.

Bill's desire was that you too could share his hope.
